ETHICAL TRADING POLICY

It is the policy of Select Coffee Services to trade in an ethical, environmental and socially responsible manner and to encourage its trading partners to commit  to such a policy and/or provide auditable evidence of such where possible.

Our coffee supplier will subscribe to auditable schemes on our behalf, and otherwise ensure to its best endeavours that its suppliers demonstrate a similar policy in practice, encouraging transparency and accountability.

This policy ensures that growers and employees earn a fair price for their coffee and are able to reinvest and maintain quality through traditional methods where possible.

In particular, through our coffee supplier we support a collective of six small family producers called the Honey Farm Coffee Partnership in the Coorg region of India.
